Q: I can’t find my confirmation email or access the Livestream but I have a ticket. What should I do?

Q: How do I access the Livestream once I have bought a ticket?
A: The link to the live performance will be live 24 hours prior to the event’s start time and you will receive this via another email - if you have not received this email within 24 hours of your performance starting please email email@example.com
Q: How do I make suggestions during the Livestream?
A: You will be able to comment on the Livestream as soon as you are logged in. You will be able to see your own comments as well as other peoples’ and upvote any contributions! Please note all contributions will be moderated before they are displayed.
Q: Will you have polls running during the Livestream?
A: Yes! This will be an interactive event and we would love for you to get involved so will be sharing polls with you throughout the performance. We will be running the events on Vimeo this time (not the provider from the previous event) so we hope to not encounter any issues with the polling systems during the broadcast!
Q: Do I need any apps/downloads to watch the Livestream?
A: No, you will only need to open the link sent to you - no apps or downloads are needed. You can open your private link in any browser. Links will not appear in Google Search results.
Q: Can I change my ticket to a different time?
A: Unfortunately not, instructions on how to access the event are sent in your order confirmation so we cannot change tickets. Please be sure to check pre-purchase you have the right event selected.
Q: I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t watch the Livestream, can I get a refund?
As per our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be provided if you change your mind or can’t join the Livestream broadcast - however, the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ from Friday 17th December 2021 until Friday 31st December 2021.

Q: Will we get to meet Janice?
Janice will be running the entire day of Live Shows, so will be very busy… But we’re sure we’ll hear from her at some point!
Q: Can I re-watch the Live show after it’s taken place?
A: Yes - the Live Shows will be available to watch ‘on demand’ from Friday 17th December 2021 until Friday 31st December 2021 using your original login details, so you can catch up when you’re able to!
I already have a ticket for one/two shows, can I upgrade to a Full Day Pass?
